So this was supposed to be a short Dave X Dirk but some people wanted more so now there's some more plot. Prompt: could you possibly do one where Dirk and Jake break up, and Dirk is heart broken while Dave tries to cheer him up, then some stridercest? My Response: Sorry this took so long. I know this was asked like 2 months ago, but I have a really hard time making my old laptop work and I'm not even posting this off of my regular laptop. So it will take me some time to post things until I get that new laptop most likely at the beginning of next year.Complete

Dave Strider, the cool, ironic, kid with shades, has to help guide one of the new kids in school but it turns out to be an old friend. Karkat Vantas, the cute, crabby asshole has signed up for human school and is getting a 'guide' or whatever to help him get used to school. Well look who it turns out to be; Dave Strider. And most importantly, Kousei's rivals? Will Kousei be able to express his feelings towards Kaori, and can she save Kousei from his hell before it is too late? ----- As you can tell, this is an alternate retelling of Your Lie in April. But the fates have been reversed (and before you ask, Kousei is the ill one, not Kaori, who is far from that in this story), which will make for quite a gripping, if not heart-wrenching story, maybe more so than the original. ----- Please note, I do not write fanfics often, but I feel this is a story the needs to be told. You just moved to a new house that's few blocks away from Harper's house and you meet them but one of them caught your eye so you starting to get feelings with him but your an overthinking person after your last relationship was horrible but would he be a good person for you. You also have really good connections with your mom and your siblings but you didn't have a good connection with your dad since he used to treat your mom pretty bad ever since he got a new job, he barely came home and never made time for you at all. Then left you after what you saw him do but you chose to forget it and never see him again. I have fix some stuff on some of the chapters that I didn't like. So you'll see some of them that shows a different year which is the ones that I fixed
