Kyle's father is anything but ordinary, he is smart, cunning, rich and a super villain. Kyle has been given the task to become a super villain before his sixteenth birthday (which is in nine months) and the only way to become a super villain is to take over a city. He must plan and coordinate an attack, he must be cunning, he must be strong, he must be stealthy, but most of all, he needs to not fall in love with a superhero's daughter.
