Bruce Banner's niece Jessica shows up at his doorstep after being kicked out of the orphanage for being to old. Without doubt he lets her into his live, he lets her live in his apartment and he brings her on his daily visits at the Stark Tower.  Steve seems to have trouble adapting to this time so Fury decides to let someone help him out a bit, but not just anyone. Bruce persuades Fury that Jessica is the right person for the job. Sam was given to HYDRA after their birth, their parents had worked with them after all. At the age of 19 the asset known as 19-1-13 was found by SHIELD. As an emotionless shell with the mind of a soldier they learn emotions and learn to control their own generic material. How will Sam, the little boy that HYDRA raised, adapt and survive all alone as always after all he's been thru? -I dont own any Marvel official characters, I am not a huge Marvel fan so I will get things wrong but I don't care I do it my way. This will take place before Infinity Wars and after Civil War if I remember the movie. Kay now onto the story!-
