Valerie, who was devoted to her boyfriend, Xavier, just as much as her job at the Fairfax Hotel, couldn't stomach this muddling of the waters between them. She resigned to exile herself from Cork, into Dublin where her sister lived.

Tour after tour, Valerie proved true by staying on top of her career. That is, of course, until the outspoken ex-band manager releases vulgar statements bound to put her under the media's scrutiny.

With tabloids scandalizing her every move, the lines are blurred between her personal and professional life, leading to the blossoming of a strong will she was unfamiliar with.
