However, their parents are still controlling, and all Lucas desires is to run away. So when the two are put in danger and are forced to leave, they do it as if they've done it a thousand times. She would have died if it wasn't for two very kind young men, brothers, noticing the crying, exhausted little girl standing in the middle of the roads surrounded by rubble from burning buildings and deciding to save her life by carrying her away from the fire. These guys would soon grow up to be two out of four of the Fabulous Killjoys, Kobra Kid and Party Poison. Who would Adeline grow up to be? Now, in 2021 at thirteen years old, Adeline lives a sad, boring life alone in a little hut in the desert. The brothers who saved her life hadn't seen Adeline for nine years, since rescuing her, and vice versa. Until one day, they reunite, now with Fun Ghoul and Jet Star on their side. (Art isn't mine!!) One firefight gone wrong. That's all it takes for someone's life to fall apart, right in front of them. And it happens to everyone eventually, they don't dodge in time, don't hear the drac sneaking up behind them. But they all find peace with the Witch. But Fun Ghoul-- he wasn't dead. Not physically, anyways. He was taken. And Party Poison, having the savior complex they do, can't help but try to save them. Which went about as great as you'd expect considering they went alone.
