Wasted Away

Avery Berk is a well known person at Ridgeview High School; A school where only girls could go.

The friends she hangs around don't pay a single drop of attention to her.

All they do is talk about how pretty they are and how much it sucks to go to a school where there is no walking testosterone.

On a regular basis they would make fun of how Avery would come dressed to school; Baggy sweatshirt, baggy jeans, and worn out sneakers, with her hair all knotted up.

What they don't know is what goes on in Avery's household when she goes home.

Stetson and his twin sister Bella LaCoy have been on their own since they were 15.

Being the only guy in Bella's life, Stetson has to take on the role as a father and protective brother.

Stetson isn't the type to have an abundance of friends. His best friends Jake McKinney, Seth Axton, and Devon White, are accustomed to the few words Stetson speaks. They are like a family. They won't ever separate or let anyone into their group.

But when Avery stumbles into their lives all shaken up over the events in her own life. Will they let her in, or push her away like everyone else does?
