When you have felt deeply rooted rejection throughout the entirety of your life, you could feel little in your pulse anymore. There exist no love in something and I am here to say it shall not be defined as loveless or unlovable. Defy it as the in-achievable production of love through said existence because of the wilting inside that has already caused the unmanageable feeling to diminish. If you cannot feel love inside yourself, it does not mean you are impossible to reach on the matter. It means it more or less takes intense effort for you to love. Philophobia is of course, a different matter, but not by far. Philophobia is the psychological actual fear of love in what is usually identified romantically, but can in fact be fear of any sort of love. Just like other phobias, this can be 'cured' or at least helped. I was never formally diagnosed with the phobia, and I still try to maintain the idea that I am fearless, though I know the one true fear I have is that of love. Ever since I was little it has been hard to love, but then I met someone. Someone idiotic at times, but kind and caring. Someone who was going to prove that love is always possible.
