Matt and Taylor are friends because of coincidence. Coincidence that Taylor was born 3 weeks early, right next door to Matt. Coincidence that their older sisters were in the Kindergarten Christmas Pageant together. Coincidence that Matt's family had another child, so they moved across the street from Taylor. Coincidence that formed a friendship so strong, nothing could break it. Except for a school-wide fight involving Matt's ex-girlfriend, a hockey puck, and there English teacher.
