A story to inspire young black girls while living in a world where they are mistreated, not seen as equals, and confused. I am focusing on black women but this may apply to all people of color.

This is a story of hope. It is about a South African woman's journey, influenced by her upbringing and shaped by unfortunate events. The story follows her from when she came to know life up to her current life. The purpose is to give hope to others who may feel like their upbring or unfortunate turns in their lives are end of the road. Life does get better, the main character just kept going and is still keeping on.
