This story revolves a young Nolan the hunter who was chosen as participant in the heartless and cruel game, The Pandemonium where the kids all over Atlantus have to heartlessly kill each other to their deaths. Upon chosen to enter the game, Nolan has a few tricks up to his sleeve to win the match. Things did not go the way Nolan had planned, everything is out of order. He was bound to death. Can he survive this brutal game?

From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more.
