The rose is considered a symbol of love, beauty and balance. The beauty of this flower expresses promise, hope and new beginnings. It's is contrasted by thorns symbolising defence, loss and thoughtfulness. ---------------------------------------------------------- Rosaline Baine was a walking rose. She was beautiful and love by all. She balanced both sides of an argument and saw things through other people's eyes. She defended her pack and always thought of others before herself. Nyx Shaw was a walking thorn. He was a short tempered, ruthless, dangerous Alpha. People would cower away in fear of his unearthly presence. He was said to have destroyed pack and killed innocent for the sheer fun of it.
