Scott is an ordinary guy, like most of us, until a series of events more or less ruin his life. He loses everything he loves and holds dear to him. It drives him to the extremes: drugs, alcohol and even self-harm. In the end it is all too much for him.

'It was 3am on a brisk December morning, so cold that the rainwater- filled potholes on the road were just beginning to freeze. With each breath a white puff of air drifted in front of Scott's eyes and rose upwards, dispersing above his head while the faint patter of rain bounced off the shoulders of his jacket. The flickering street lights and graffiti covered walls told Scott that he was nearly home, but he oddly wasn't relieved. Normally he would be more than excited to leave work after a long day and would frantically pack his files and belongings into his black leather man-bag and rush to the car. Cruising around the tight street corners back to his apartment block, he would blare his 'Best of Classic Rock' album out the windows of his vehicle while singing along word-perfect to every tune: but not tonight.' - Alcohol and Cigarettes
