Hazel Amor is an aspiring dancer slated to attend Damsel Dance Academy, a prestigious school that she's always wanted to be a part of. On her first day, she meets Maeve Adelman, a second-year student who informs of Madam Gia (the most intense but best dance teacher of the school). Maeve warns Hazel of the equally intense--if not more--favorite student of Madam, Mitrik Everit. He's tall and pale, with dark eyes and dark hair to match. His serious and mysterious demeanor make the girls swoon over him, but they're too afraid to approach him. Why?
