April Jennings has a massive crush on the captain of the swim team. The charming, smart, blue eyed and blonde haired Lucas Johnson. He's the guy known for treating girls like princesses, the guy known for helping out at the local animal shelter, and known best for his amazing swimming. When Lucas finally talks to April, she freaks out inside, but she starts having off feelings about him after awhile. Things happen at his party and they don't go well. April has a hatred against everyone and becomes distant. A year later a new boy name Nate Hunt moves to her town and is in her grade. Nate find her quietness very interesting and becomes quite curious and tries hard to be her friend, but she keeps pushing him away at every chance he takes. Will April face Lucas about that night? Does she finally let Nate in and tell him what happened at Lucas's party?

If you don't like his book I understand, but maybe give me some facts or information on what I can do better to improve this book. This book is about just some regular high school teens and just their life. Characters (Key Main Characters Kind of): Marvin and Daniel are very different. Daniel is a straight A-B student, is in a band, is a lady magnet ;So Marvin calls him; is very quiet at times, he's also 17 years old. Marvin is the opposite of Daniel,he's 19. Now James is an interesting boy; he is a big partier, loves to surf, his best friend is Marvin, he's a player but not a player like Marvin is, he has dark brown hair, also dark blue/ green eyes, he loves his sister Jade and watches out for her. Now Jade, interesting girl I have to say; she's hates the popularity but she deals with it, she has green cat like eyes, light brown hair, she's not a type of girl who dresses up to impress or anything, she only does what she wants and needs to, her make up is almost always light, most boys think of her has a "hot girl", she's a surfer; might I say quiet an amazingly great one to; she follows her brother to his friends parties and things like that to make sure he's safe, she has a crush on Daniel, but so do all the other girls too. Aiden thinks that Charlotte is using Nate for his brain, because Nate is a super smart guy, knowing Charlotte, she had a brain tumor, so she isn't the brightest/smartest. Aiden will do anything for Nate, so he decides that he is going to make Charlotte fall in love with him. Does he accomplish that? Will she fall in love with him, the bad boy? Sammi, a mean, catty, popular girl who has the hots for James, tries everything in her power to ruin Emma. After a bunch of run ins with the both of them, Sammi makes up a rumor about James, insinuating it was Emma who started it. James watches Emma embarrass herself on multiple different occasions, And still wont explain why he is upset with her. But, after Sammi gets a football player to put a cockroach in Emma's hair in class, Emma runs out to leave. She then runs into James, who Offers to give her a ride home. He then tells her he fiund out it was Sammi who started the rumor. And to make it up to her, he brings her to see her favorite series, 'Raven-Man' at the Drive-in theatre.Complete
