Naruto has a week to live. After a mission near the Hidden Mist Village, Naruto was poisoned by a rogue ninja. He desperately tries to keep his affliction secret from the rest of the village, as well as his newfound love, Hinata, but it proves increasingly difficult. And when he is yet again assigned to a mission that could decide the fate of the entire world, he is put under tremendous stress. With the venom eating away at his chakra, can Naruto save the world before his time is up?
