Jamie Burkes was the daughter of the richest soc family in Tulsa. She went to middle school with Dallas and Sodapop before they even dropped out. Both of the boys had a little love triangle going on with Jamie since she defended greasers then.

After years, she meets Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade one night after her cousin Bob Sheldon picks a fight with them. Then the memories flow back to where young love began.. Will she go back to loving one of the two?

Sodapop felt disconnected and almost sick all of the time and was very tired of being a middleman to his brothers all the time. Ponyboy was struggling with his sexual orientation and was scared what others would say when he realised he had fallen in love with, not even a girl, but Johnny Cade. Really just me trauma-dumping onto all of the Curtis brothers and adding Darrel's anger issues to the mix.
