Turn away

After such nice feedback, I couldn't help but post more lyrics- this one isn't even close to poetry lol. I wrote this in August 2011. Not that I'm looking for sympathy, but my Dad was in accident a few days before my 9th birthday and entered a coma. My family had no idea if he would recover or not, or even worse than that. But that night, I was very young, and I couldn't feel a thing. I'm at peace with it now, but for a long time, I literally turned away. This is a happy song.
