Alles is rustig op de middelbare school van Hart in Wommelgem, iedereen doet wat hij hoort te doen buiten de badboys natuurlijk. 'De badboys' van de school is een trio met als leider Daan en zijn vrienden Nate en Brandon. Ze zijn 'perfect' volgens de meeste meisjes/jongens en hierdoor worden dan ook zo behandeld.
Wanneer Julia wegens een ongemakkelijke situatie opgemerkt wordt door een van de badboys is de miserie begonnen. Zeker omdat er haar een minder leuke verrassing te wachten staat ...

I would bet none of you have ever had that dream summer that all of us want.... that summer where you meet a boy on the beach and go surfing even though you don't know how to surf.
