Liz has been in a coma for 2 years after a major car crash. Her family died in the crash and she was left in the hospital. For those two years her boyfriend Jake had been visiting her. During his visits he talked to her and wrote what he said down in a journal. Liz just woke up and has no memory of anything before the crash. She finds the journal and reads it. She slowly must find out who she is and where she came from from the journal.
