Neon is an orphan, he never knew his parents. His foster mother said a very bad accident happened when he was very little, causing his parents to suddenly disappear. He is sent to a military school that his foster mother works at. On the first day of school he realizes that there's only 7 other kids in the academy. Is his foster mother hiding a secret that could of been helpful to him years ago?
