Frisk has been followed around by Chara since they fell into the underground. After seeing Chara express a want for their body Frisk decides to give them their body back. Of course Chara can only have it under Frisk's watch.

After Frisk reaches the surface, she comes across Chara. Her body becomes possessed by him. In her agony, she sees the deaths of her friends and the one she loves: Sans. Can Sans see the truth or will he not trust her? (This story is an AU where Frisk is a female, who is 22 years old. She is not a child in this. I do not like shipping Frisk when she's a kid. She can be referred as they/them so no gender war comments, please. Just respect my vision for my story. Chara will be male. His age appears around Frisk's but he's spiritually older. Monsters tend to age slower than humans in this AU. This is a fanwork. If you think Sans x Frisk is cringy, I treat it as Beauty and the Beast so think of it in that mindset. Hope you guys enjoy this sad and fluffy story. I may or may not make this into a sketch comic one day? When a boy falls into the grasps of the underground, and into the possessive hold of a young girl, he will learn new things about the residents of the hellish world, as well as the secret past that lays within his companion and her true impact on the world around them. Frisk, and his ghost friend Chara, will explore the underground. Chara would lead him through, assisting in translation and directions, while running into new friends, as well as old ones. Frisk will learn many things about Chara, good and bad. Once he figures out her story, as well as the happy ending they all get, he realizes Chara grows more and more distant. Does he get bored without his ghostly counterpart, and if he does, What will he do about it? (( Warning ; Contains graphic scenes, and warnings will be included before each of these chapters. Dark humor, and disturbing topics will be mentioned. This is Chara x Frisk. This will not be extremely fluffy. It might be at the end, but it will have a rough beginning. A short story idea I came up with about Clover and Chara (Cocoapowder ship). The underground is saved by no other than a human child, and it seems everyone gets their own happy ending. But for Chara and Clover, first their fates weaved together, now are separated. In a moment of desperation, something new is discovered. Two people sharing a soul...? Upon the revolution on Chara being able to "Swap Places" with Frisk, it seems Clover and Chara will finally arrive at their happy ending. But, of course, that is right when fate strikes...Concluída

In the undertale universe a human fell down into the underground (AKA the monsters' home) this human is known as Frisk. She (Canonically she is gender neutral but for the sake of the fanfic they will be known as a she) befriended the entire underground by freeing them from a seemingly eternal spell that trapped them down there for many years. Though to get there Frisk had to sacrifice a friend (Asriel) and from that day on frisk just couldn't get the fact that she couldn't save someone out of her head.
