Evelyn, now known as Genevieve, has fought Orcs, stabbed a squid guardian of Moria, and has kicked a Nazgûl in his ugly face, but unfortunately, after the destruction of the One Ring, all her adventures seemed to come to naught, until she receives a letter of invitation from Gondor, requesting both her and Legolas immediately to the court of King Elessar, formerly known as Aragorn. However, when a mysterious assassin attempts to kill her on the night of their adventure, Genevieve is forced to remember the cruel recollections of her past, as she struggles to piece together the puzzles of a mystery-- one that will finally thread together the mystery of her prophecy, and her doom.

She was never one for fate and always decided for herself when it was time for change. And so she chose when she was to die. However on her march to death she finds herself trapped in a adventure for dwarves and attracting the attention of the prince. Agardess finds her fate falling from under her and in order to save her own life she pledges allegiance to the prince. She began to follow him everywhere, never speaking, just ensuring the safety of the prince. This earned her the nickname "Shadow". She felt no loyalty to the King of Mirkwood, only to the prince whom she insisted on calling my Lord. Although she no longer felt the wish to die, she found herself following the prince everywhere causing her to get brought into messes she wouldn't of been able to get into on her own. She was proud to say the Fellowship was one of them. However on the journey she finds herself becoming someone different, someone who smiles and laughs and cries. And a person who once thought they could not love, learns how, with a little help from a certain elf.

This time no dragons were involved, although she would have considered that preferable to the giant eye said to be watching them on their journey to destroy Saruman Ring of Power. It's not just the Dark Lord she has to worry about, with her 'itch' becoming more frequent, and her transformations more painful, she can't hide the truth for long. What will she do when Legolas, a cherished friend, tries to help her? It's a tale of intrigue, curses, death, and love. There will be references and scenes taken directly from the books and the movies along with scenes I've written in entirety. I've tried to edit the book scenes to match how I describe things from each character's perspective so it is a little more flowy. Enjoy!!
