This is a Nalu Dragfelia story.
It is like a Cinderella Story but also a Rapunzel Story.
So it is like Tangled and the Cinderella Story.
There was a princess that could not stop running into a guy who was HOT in a few ways not just good looks.
He was able to eat fire and use Fire Dragon Slayer Wizard. She is a Celestial Wizard. The boy had an exceed (a magic and talking flying cat) named Happy. The guy had a white patterned scarf, motion sickness, loyalty and a pure heart.
