She definitely wasn't outgoing, not loud, nor confident. She kept to herself, stumbling through life without paying much attention to the people around her, intent on being swallowed by her love for books and her lust for adventure. After a brutal revelation and a torrid heartache, the young beauty is thrust into the real world, it's cruel workings become obvious and her blazing dreams of adventure seem a little dimmer. She drags her broken self from city to city, country to country, trying to find a reprieve from this newfound pain by drowning herself in countries, cultures and colours. But in the real world, she finds nothing but a way to suppress it. This was enough for Delilah. Returning to her home country being beckoned by the call of university, Delilah is ready to continue life alone, her mind strong, her walls high and her heart inaccessible. To most. But then again, Angelo never really was most people.
