"What part of 'leave me alone' do you not understand!" I yelled, taking a step closer towards the now shaking brown hair boy. "I told you, I'm bad news. unless you have a suicide wish. Stay the hell away from me!" I growled before turning on my heels and storming away.
But one word caught me off guard. One word changed my life forever.
"No."

Alex Gaskarth is sweet, confident and overall your stereotypical 'Guy Next Door'. He doesn't like to cause trouble but will stand up for his friends, family and what he believes in; no matter what it may cost him. Jack Barakat is dangerous, a criminal and a down right asshole who pushes anyone and everyone away. Jack is part of a deadly gang meaning that he's someone who is not only feared around the school but around town too.
When Jack flips out at Alex on their first day of Junior year, Alex is only intrigued by the boy. He is adamant that there is something about Jack that is different, something he's hiding and Alex won't back away from a challenge easily.
