"They-they can't know, not now, not ever." I frantically whispered under my breath.
"They deserve to know Monica!"He screamed at me. Dread and fear were taking over my body and I didn't know what to do.
"No! That's it. I can't do this anymore!" I yelled, while throwing my hands in the air in frustration."Do what?" He asked, genuinely concerned.
"This." I said firmly, tears threatening to spill over. "So, what are you saying?" He asked, coming closer to me. He was shaking and the scars on my arms were illuminating. I couldn't do this anymore.
"Goodbye, Not 'I'll see you later', I'm not coming back. And that's a promise."
