Alex Joyce is a supernatural - a child with abnormal magical abilities. She has the power of telekinesis when she curls the fingers on her right hand and she can create a strange blue fire with her left hand. She attends a class of only supernaturals at the Waterfalls Academy with eleven other students. One day on patrol for others like her, a boy by the name of Marc White bumps into Alex. He warns her about Ocean View Labs, an experiment center for supers. This fateful encounter changes the lives of supers forever. The fate of their kind - whether being free or locked in cages - rely on Waterfalls' supernaturals.
