This story is mostly about a girl Misty Flame and a boy Jason Argo. They both are superheroes who don't get along very well. Misty Flame's super identity is Wild Puppy. Jason Argo's super identity is Moonlight Myth. They both argue with their former hero parents because they wont let Misty and Jason do their own heroing. Eventually they will have to work together.
By the way the puppy on the cover is Wild Puppy's favorite to shift into.

Greyhat is living with Flug and Blackhat right now, and they both have been noticing how Greyhat's been feeling down, so they decide to get him manager from the villain academy Blackhat owns to keep him company.
