She is 13 but came from the past to keep a close eye on Rogers by, you guessed it, Peggy Carter. Caitlyn is smart,yet stubborn, fun, yet risky, and just like any teenage girl. She knows a lot about this time because she wasn't frozen like Steve but instead was part of a failed science experiment.

(Hitting the target each time like he did) She grew more intelligent with regular informative lectures with Dr. Banner. She was the ultimate Avenger, but Sarah however always felt as though her father wanted to keep her hidden from the world, but it wasn't all that he was hiding. Alternate narrative and storyline to the MCU.

He's terrified of his feelings and to talk to this girl. She makes him feel different and he doesn't know if he likes that. He still can't forgive himself for what he's done during his Winter Solider days. He sees Steve with her and realizes he might be too late and that she might not ever get to be his. He thinks he deserves to be loved too.
