If you have major questions that will help your understanding of the story ask but no questions such as, "Who is this about?" or "Was this about that one thing [in the news, that happened to this person, etc.]" because that is an invasion of privacy. We tell as much as we can so others are aware of these issues that people have and things that actually do happen.
