Katherine Pua was one of the most popular girls at her school. She was drop-dead gorgeous, but she wasn't snobby. In reality, she was very nice to everyone around her, and she was astonishingly smart, just like her best friend since birth, Evelyn.

When she turned 18 though, unusual things started to occur. She started feeling as if...someone was following her. She started receiving notes, saying things like "Your time is coming very soon", and things of that nature. Whenever she would get into trouble, a blonde, muscular (and stunningly attractive) guy would save her. When they met, he introduced himself as...Niall Horan.She found him quite odd. He was nice, but he was really quiet, and kept his distance, as if he was trying to protect her from something. As their thoughts and feelings begin to unfold, secrets start to be uncovered.
