Hiruzen Sarutobi is furious. He's done! The Citizen Council has taken it too far this time.
When he finds out that Naruto had been living on the streets for a year after getting kicked out of the orphanage at five, he's ready to take action. But when it comes out that the citizen council has been going behind his back and inciting the villager's against Naruto, he's seeing red, and it might just be blood.
He decides it's time to do something about it and, with the help of the Shinobi Council, he leaves the Leaf behind. And defenseless.

Anyways, this story idea came from @Writers_Mom and we were cackling our heads off just thinking about it! So yeah, this is an AU, as you can tell, and very little will be related to Canon.
