This story is about a young girl’s struggle to be confident in herself, and the boy who will help her to believe in herself again. Stacey is a 16-year-old and a sophomore in high school. She is a pretty girl. She could be beautiful, but her face is constantly clouded by worry. She thinks she’s fat and she’s has begun to starve herself in attempt to look like the cool beautiful models she sees in magazines and on TV. When the story picks up, this girl has just started her unhealthy habit yesterday.
