This isn't an easy read, so let me break it down for you. My name is Halle Mitchell, and I'm a detective who is currently employed at the MPD in Tokyo, Japan. Look, Boss, I don't know what exactly you want me to write in this case report about my arrogant braggart of a partner Kazusa Hanai, but let me just tell you one thing. This past month, I have had to watch as this case completely destroyed my partner, since all of the victims of the serial stabber were people that he knew, but Kazusa Hanai is the strongest, most amazing detective I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I may just be a rookie cop myself, but the fact that Hanai somehow can remain composed and determined enough to still work this case to catch our perp is absolutely amazing. And if you still can't see that and want him off this case, then you can just have my badge.
