My name is Peeta Mellark I live in district 12 with my mom and a load of pigs. I work in a bakery. Then one day I notice this girl in the rain my mom had wanted me to give bread to the pigs so I did that. The girl laying under the tree in the rain looked at me with this sad face. I looked to see if my mom was looking and tossed her the burnt bread. She looked at it then at me. Her name was Katniss I believe. I didn't exactly know her.
We were in the games together and for the first time ever two tributes won the games. I knew from the moment she saved me that I fell in love.
