But she's always been alone. When the world goes to shit and the dead start to rise she's not very affected by it. The world has always been a shit place. People like her never have a day of good. The only difference is now there's just a few billion less people and a few billion more walkers. In her eyes when the world changed it was for the better. It turned to shit but is it truly any worse than it originally was? The good people die. The bad ones live. That's how it always was. The weak don't make it. Kill or be killed that's how she lives. Thats how she's always had to live. Even before the end of the world. Don't trust anyone and stay alive. But what happens when a certain Officer Friendly by the name of Rick Grimes comes riding in at a farm she crashed at for the night. What happens when he tries to take her ride. Disclaimer: I do not own The Walking Dead or it's characters. I only own and characters I make up along with any added plot and dialogue. Daryl Dixon x Grimes! Reader YN is Ricks younger sister. Before the outbreak she was a cop just like her brother. After Rick got shot and ended up in a coma the world fell apart. The dead came back and started attacking the living. The military fell too quickly, the city was overrun by the dead and now she was at an old quarry only a few miles outside Atlanta with her Sister-In-Law, Nephew, and her brothers best friend. On the way they met a few more people and now had a small group. She slowly grows close the the youngest Dixon brother, Daryl. When they get back from their hunting trip Daryl learns his brother was handcuffed to a roof and left in the city. But what had YN in complete shock and not knowing how to deal with it is the person who did it. Her brother was alive after she already Mourned his death. She blames herself for not double checking to make sure he was really dead or not. Luckily she has a list of rules and guidelines she has been working on as the days of living in a post apocalyptic world with the living dead to keep her busy. And it doesn't hurt to focus on a certain redneck too.Concluída

Hi guys! So I personally am a huge fan of Shane Walsh! He's def an underrated character, which is such a shame. But when I'm a fan of someone I like to read fanfics about them. Well Shane, nor Jon have a lot of fanfics or finished fanfics. So I decided to start one myself :) I hope you enjoy! Im a girl named Harper grimes and this is a story on how my life went from. Amazingly great to confusing, heartache betrayal and just plain old horrible. Ps. I also have a tiny crush on my dads bestfriend.
