Fifteen years ago, the princess of Tnya was sent into hiding. From what, nobody knows. Directly following, the beloved king and queen are petrified, encased in stone for all eternity. Ison is just a young man. He doesn't have too much to think about, only the care and feeding of his mother and sister. As a farm boy, this is not a difficult feat. When the steward-queen of Tnya shoves a quest into his hands; a quest to retrieve the princess in hiding so she can rule, Ison cheerfully goes about his task like he does all other tasks in his life. The steward queen warns him that the princess might be different from what he imagines. Even so, he expects what everyone expects of a princess: demure, beautiful, kind, and tactful. But what happens when he meets her - and the only part that matches the description is beautiful?
