When a nation dies, their sentience remains to watch the world evolve. When Prussia sees another micronation called Prussia, he realizes it is his chance at life. The micronation is unrepresented. If he could join it... so he begins to run around with Sealand and the other micronations. When a conflict arises requiring nations and micronations to cooperate, the nations could not be more surprised at where good ole Prussia had ended up.
