The story of a boy and a girl, who met through the school marching band. He's a dork, a senior, a gentleman, an energetic ball of fun, smart , has a twin and innocent as a kitten but can turn into a tiger. She's a nerd, a sophomore, sassy, stresses to much, likes to snuggle, has a select group of people she likes, and a hopeless romantic.
His last year of high school just got better after meeting this awesome sophomore. As the year goes by, the friendship turns out to be a bit different than you would expect. Late night texts, snuggle sessions during lunch and eating mac & cheese.

It's the first day of June's senior year and everything is already going wrong. Her first boyfriend and supposedly love of her life dumps her for someone else, her heart is broken and feels like it won't ever heal again and her best friend makes her join the most unnecessary club on earth to help her find new friends she most definitely does not need. Instead of falling into a deep dark pit of self pity (however tempting that may sound), all of this betrayal ends up leading her to the best friends she's ever had and the most exciting school year of her life. Have you ever liked some guy that is popular, attractive and yet annoying, rude, mean at the same time? I'm sure nearly every girl has. Mikasa your typical girl who likes this really hot guy in her class but doesn't have the confidence to confess to him. Typical, isn't it? But don't think that they'll end up falling in love, that's too cliche. Instead it's going to be a whole twist and turn of events for this girl when she meets a boy called Alex whom she 'befriends.' Alex is the whole opposite of who Mikasa likes. Although, she becomes quite close to him, telling him her crush and him encouraging her and helping her out. Will spending time together bring them closer than just friends? A story that is nothing more closer to reality.
