Willow was born into a loving family in a native American tribe. and she is the next in line to inherit her father's title. But when she was kidnapped when she was 12 by the white man everything changed. Her brother started to grow up with out her, her mother got sick, very sick, and her father has lost some of his compassion, not all but some. When she comes home after being carted around the white mans land, the white men decide to bring her back, years later.  It's a few years after they brought her back, but her old best friend is trying to control her brothers actions and trying to tell her what to do. How can he do that, she is the Chief's daughter, she is above him? What happens when he stops that and is being her best friend again, like it was before she was kidnapped. she is happy but he doesn't look at her like she is a friend but more and everyone can see it but her. also, one of her friends from the kidnapping ( a native american like willow named Alawa) is still missing, what will she do to find her. Then there are bigger problems than that.....But this time, it's her tribe least expects it, the white men come back, but this time to stay. How will all this ever sort it's self out.
