Seventy-eight years ago, the world watched as Oscar Lovejoy, Anastasia Lin, Shirelle Erin Webb, and Günther Golob touched down on a planet unlike our own. Each of them were from different parts of the globe, all under the age of thirty, and all distinguished individuals who had volunteered to embark on a duty for mankind.

Year after year others continued to make the journey, creating a foundation of human settlement on Mars. As the population on Earth continues to dwindle, it is now Arabella's turn to make the same journey-a one way ticket to the Red Planet. She is amongst the 300, the distinguished youth chosen to carry on Earth's legacy.
