A fan fiction of the popular anime, manga, and trading card game series, Yu-Gi-Oh!
Sometime after the events of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, the story now revolves around a senior of Duel Academy, residing in the Slifer Red, lowest of three ranks in the school. Despite being in such a rank, Shujinkō is known across Duel Academy as "The Invincible Duelist," because his Life Points never dropped. This is quite a feat for a student duelist. Some even go so far as to say, he could easily become the next "King of Games," but that's a different story. For now, let's just watch his daily, normal, school life become... not-so-normal.
Some elements of the story, some characters, and all cards featured in the story do not belong to me. I retain full rights to most of the story original to me and the original characters I created. Yu-Gi-Oh! and the trading card game based from it is owned by Konami and Kazuki Takahashi. Custom cards not created by me are from Yu-Gi-Oh Card Maker Wiki. Seto Kaiba narrates his life. From the orphanage to getting adopted and to later in life, read as action, adventure, friendships, brotherhood, and sadness pursues as Kaiba recalls past memories before finally showing you what's going on in the present time. This is not a boy x boy story. I wanted to say this since this story of mine has been added to guy x guy reading lists in the past even though it's not this kind of story. If you wanted to read a gay story, exit this and look for something else in that genre. If there are any gay undertones in this, it's completely unintentional. This story is about brotherhood. About the story, young Seto acts like Joey in this sometimes because his younger self reminded me of Joey a little bit, but don't worry. He becomes more like the Seto Kaiba we all know as the story goes on. I looked some cards up online for some character decks instead of making up my own monsters (except for a few) because I'm terrible at coming up with YGO! card ideas. This is based off the 4kids! dub. Dean was already aware that he inherited his parents powers. He uses his powers to help people and make use of the name Savitar to bring hope to people instead of fear. Dean was adopted by the Hyoudou family and they treated him like he has been apart of their family forever. Issei is younger than Dean by two years and is a pervert. Dean is a kind hearted guy who tries his best to help anyone he can to the best of his ability. One day he met a girl who was shorter than he is and was actually the same age as him... (Both Dean and Koneko are 16 in this story. Also, yes, Dean is my new OC.
