Defying Desires
I'm sure we've all heard this popular love quote that says; If you ever have to choose between two people, always choose the second person because if you truly loved the first person, you wouldn't have fallen in love with the second. Well, not all of us would agree on that. Mia North included. ***** So meet Mia North, a 21 year old self acclaimed cursed and pennyless woman who has only one aim in her life. Find a way to fend for her sick father and teenage brother. As fate plans it, she lands a job in Starvnos house of Publishers, the largest publishing company controlled by the two contrasting brothers. Alan and Alaric Starvnos. But what happens when she has to choose between the two brothers? Even worse, what happens when it turns out, it isn't her choice at all but fate has to make that decision for her? And the worst of it all, what happens when fate makes the wrong decision for her, one that could cost her the life of someone she loves? *** "Miss North, you're fired." The beast in a suit nonchalantly declared to me as I fought the urge to grab the mirror on his desk and smack his face with it. "You gave me twenty manuscripts to edit in just three hours." My voice reverberated in a the four walls, not giving a damn he was my boss. "And you failed to do it. Now listen here, I don't work with a lazy, dull, incompetent, unreliable and irresponsible mediocrity of an employee who's not half as committed as the owners of this organization which unfortunately for you, includes me. And, I'm sorry, I'm not Alan. Never in a billion years, will I be smitten with you." "Now don't let me repeat myself, Miss North. "You're fired." Gracefully, he pressed a button on his desk. "Security, report to my office and escort Miss North out." *** Completed : 20th September 2020 Enjoy!! The moment you open this book, well, you'll testify for yourself.Complete
Frost and Fire (+18) ✔️
[This is the spin-off of the Fighting For life series. Can be read as a standalone. Though, things about Levi's family will make a little bit more sense if you read Fighting for Life. But it's not necessary.] Here are just some snippets from the book. *Full synopsis inside* I don't think I've ever laughed this hard in my life. ** "Don't look at me like that" "Like what?" "Like you want to kiss me," "Maybe I do," ** "Take it off, you didn't let me get my fill," "Drop it, Nia," "Take it off or I'll rip it off," He glared at me. I ripped his tee-shirt off. And didn't remove my eyes from his face. ** "No, I just staked my claim," ** "On the second note, you kiss pretty well too," "Ah, and here I was thinking I left you breathless," "Keep practicing with me, Finch, maybe one day you will leave me breathless," Lie. Total lie. Just the sight of him left me breathless. ** It's crazy how my heart went flying to her like a butterfly before I could even warn it.Complete
Wing of Fire - The Iceborn (Fanfiction)
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ Recent events have cancelled this old, old story. However! The synopsis for the rest of the chapters I had planned for the sequel, Cloudborn, are at the end of the second book along with the planned third book I had planned to write. Feel free to enjoy the unfinished, old story as you please. And please remember that the new upcoming revamp is a side project that will not have my full attention, so it will not be guaranteed completion. However, the storyline is the exact same as the original Iceborn. So you needn't worry about being left in the dark! (Book 1 of the Iceborn Series) Years after the Dragonets of Destiny. Generations after the defeat of Darkstalker. Pyrrhia has been at peace for as long as their queens could remember. But the hatching of a special dragon might change the course of Pyrrhia's peaceful reign. A twin IceWing egg, hatching twin Dragonets. One with too much ice, the other with too little. Blizzard the IceWing is Iceborn. After being accused of murdering another of her kind, Blizzard is forced to flee the Ice Kingdom or be killed. While on the run, Blizzard runs into two very peculiar dragons. Two dragons with strange symbols on their bodies. Two dragons from a faraway land. A land where Blizzard could start over. A land called Magisalla. The Wings of Fire series Belongs to Tui T. Sutherland. This is merely a fanfiction. NOTE: This story was created before the announcement of the Lost Continent.Complete![Gladiator [K.Zoldyck X fem!Reader] (HxH)](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/359082637-256-k665268.jpg)

The Possessive Gang Leaders Princess
I sit down on my bike looking around the school parking lot. Listening to music, I stand up begin to walk through the student-less parking lot. Honestly, it's not like I meant to be late. My music cut out causing me to hear a whistle. I stop in my tracks and pull my headphones down to my neck. Turning around, I seen a group of men with one guy who just smirked at me. "You new here beautiful?" one of the guys asked. "What do you think Einstein?" cocking my brow. "Ohh. Challenging? I like." he says walking towards me, about two inches away. "Really?" biting my lip, as he continued walking towards me. He reaches out and grabs my hip, "Mmhmm," smiling down at me. Swiftly, I grab his hand, turn him around, kick him right above the back of his knee, and pushes down so he's on his knees in front of me in a position of which I could brake his arm, "What a shame, 'cause personally, I don't like fuck boys with various STD'S." I look at all the men in the group who had their jaws dropped, all except for one, "Touch me one more time, and I'll brake your arm in two." I stand and kick his back so he falls on the concert. "Anyone else?" they stare at me blankly. "Didn't think so." When fuck boy tries to get up, I take my foot and slam him back down. Looking back at the boys, I say, "Later boys." Then, I turn and leave. ~~~~ Truce Mane is a girl who recently moved to New York with her youngest niece and nephew along with her uncle Mike. Truce went through many things as a child. "So concerned with my father Alt? What would he say if he saw us now?" I whispered in his ear. That got his attention and he released me on the spot. I step away and stand tall.
