Her dad isn't around.School is filled with assholes and her relationship with her family isnt the best. As Miley grows up she gets diagnosed with depression and anxiety.She doesn't know how to deal with the pain she turns to drugs and starts self-harming.

He keeps trying to pull her out of this while she fell in and help her.
