A secret organization of fed up law breakers works day and night to free the souls of the unhappy Americans for their leader, a leader that lives in the Underworld. His command is simple: Kill them and bring their wondering souls to the Underworld, the new land of the free. A member of this organization does his job, awaiting the world that is being born. He grants those who can the right to love and be happy as he ends their lives, for he was never able to love. But then he met Cassidy.
