Nora Howards is a quiet, shy, and sensitive person who wished she is like any other girls who isn't shy and quiet. The only person who cares about her is her childhood friend Ian Shroerger. Their friendship took them to the next level and they both found out that they are mates, soulmates. She loved him and he loved her for who she is and wanted her to be like him, as a werewolf. She agreed and he changed her. Then one day, a pack of werewolves that Nora haven't seen before wanted war because of what Ian's father did long time ago. Ian tried to calm the leader, who just changed into human so he can talk, but the leader-or alpha- didn't agree to what Ian told him. The alpha became pissed and changed to his wolf form and was about to attack, but Nora blocked him before Ian get hurt. Ian, horrified, pushed the Alpha off of her and saw two long deep scratches on the side of her face. They took her to the hospital and sewed her up. Few days later, she felt a bit better, but what troubled her was Ian. He's been avoiding her for some reason. When he did show up, he said he was leaving her. She was hurt and tried to persuade him to stay with her. But all he did was shaked his head and left. What can Nora do if her life is nothing but pain?
