Its shadow lingered behind her like the part of her body she couldn't remove without cutting her into pieces. Its remains were hidden deep inside her as if it couldn't be removed from her until she tore herself apart, until she bled all over the grounds of the place- the absolute hell of it -she could never imagine living at. This was the last stage of life. This was the end. It felt like it. It had to be. As if her body was shutting down on her until she couldn't move without the need to drag herself, until she couldn't eat without feeling sick to her stomach. She needed them back. If not, she wanted life to take her because there was no way she was staying here without her parents. .
