Two best friends, Melody Carter and Harmony Lancaster, are about to go off to college and as a part of their final journey together, they travel across the country, pranking people. Then they arrive in DC and end up pranking the president's twin sons, Ryder and Blaine Pierce. As revenge the boys kidnap the girls and bring them to the White House and get into a massive prank war. Will Melody and Harmony be able to survive the summer of pranks?
