Justin Bieber. One of New York's notorious serial killer/hang bangers. He was incapable of remorse or emotion. He'd record his tortures before he'd murder his victims and upload it online to YouTube. No one knew how to get ahold of him. He was really good at covering his tracks making it impossible for even the most experienced detectives to find him. Then Hailey came along to change his entire world. Her dad was the president of New York Times and worked at a sophisticated law firm. She was his perfect prey. Or so he thought.
