In a kingdom that no longer exists, there was a fight between two sides. The war has been fought over many millennia and is now starting to become fatal.
Maya was a sixteen year old orphan with a lot of anger and determination. She was determined to fulfil her role in the war, even at the price of her own life.
William was a prince and had to put the welfare of his future kingdom before anything else. William needed to find the perfect wife to secure his claim to the throne, this proved hard when the best candidate was a traitor who would rather kill than marry him.
Maya and William were on opposite sides, their determinations and resolves equally strong. Maya and William needed to come to an understanding, or else they would kill each other.

With threats greater than ever and people who would gladly see their enemies head on a plate, Lydia and Stiles are tied together and must face the harsh realities of what being royal is really like.
